Return Policy for Dance of Hearts, Couples Sessions cards

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your deck of cards, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

1. Return Window

You can return your deck of cards within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Condition of the Item

To be eligible for a return, the deck of cards must be in new, unused condition. The deck should not be opened, shuffled, or tampered with.

The original packaging and all accompanying materials (e.g., instructions, box) must be included in the return.

3. How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at kristamiller@aligncouplestherapy.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the deck back.

If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label for your convenience. Simply pack the deck of cards securely and attach the return label to the package.

4. Return Shipping

Domestic Returns: We offer free return shipping within the U.S. on all eligible returns.

International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated customs duties or fees.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Once we receive your returned deck, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange your deck for a different version or product, please let us know when requesting your return. We’ll arrange the exchange and ship the new item to you once we’ve received the returned product.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your deck of cards arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage or defect when contacting customer service.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Opened decks: Once a deck of cards has been opened or shuffled, it cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.

Special Edition or Limited Edition decks may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for details before purchasing.
